About
My journey as an artist and athlete began at a very young age. The first way I remember communicating was through dance. Learning to express myself through physical movement. I felt safe and soothed in my body. As I grew older I had to learn the power of words which often felt more comfortable on the written page or through artistic expression. My voice and experience always began from within, often having a felt sense before articulate words were formed. Our society keeps us pushing to a more intellectual, virtual and a less embodied space. We have lost trust in our body and have gotten trapped in our minds. It’s my hope with Somatic Life Coaching to help others become embodied. To gain confidence in their intuition and natural intelligence once again. Body oriented coaching merges the principals of the East and West to formulate a new way of coaching to uncover the answers that already exist within you.
